Welcome to InBody - a space for you to reconnect with yourself through movement, fun, and reflection. Every class offers something different so that you can stretch your body, clear your mind, and explore the joy of trying something new. Whether it’s light-hearted fun or quiet introspection, these classes are designed to leave you feeling more empowered and in tune with your body.

What Makes inBody Different?

Every class is unique
No two classes are the same, and that’s part of the magic! Each week has a different style of practice - some light-hearted and playful, some more introspective and quiet, and some that have seemingly nothing to do with yoga at all. Importantly, every week is a chance to connect with yourself so that you can feel in balance and empowered.

A balance of fun and stillness
If super serious, no laughing allowed classes feel terrifying, then inBody is for you. Sure, there are moments of single-pointed focus and peaceful reflection. But we also giggle and experiment, sweat and sometimes cry. Bringing in playfulness helps to shake off the stress of life, do things you thought you couldn’t, and leave feeling lighter, energised and ready for the ‘real world’.

A welcoming, judgment-free space
Come as you are - fancy leggings aren’t required! There’s no pressure to perform perfect poses (aside from correct alignment for safety of course) and you’ll be reminded to zone in on how the practice makes you feel. All levels are welcome - even seasoned yogis can learn from total beginners.

What to expect

  • Something New Each Time: Classes evolve each week, offering a mix of playful sequences and introspective moments. Whether you want to move with more freedom or find a little more stillness, there's space for both.

  • Cyclical Class Themes: Classes are sequenced in a wave-like order to move you through energising and dynamic one week, to more meditative, introspective practice in another so that you experience something new, respect your body and never get bored

  • Mindful Movement: We begin by checking in with ourselves through meditation, grounding the practice in self-awareness. From there, we move into creative, accessible sequences relevant to the theme of the week.

  • A Supportive Community: InBody Yoga is about connection - not just with yourself but with others. You’ll be part of a welcoming group where everyone is encouraged to show up authentically, without judgment.

  • Music to Inspire: The music in each class is chosen with intention from classical to techno, bringing energy and emotion to every movement, helping you flow naturally from one moment to the next.

Yoga for me is more than sun salutations and flows. Its an integral part of life that may or may not take place on a mat!

I’ve trained for over 500 hours in different yoga styles, 1000 hours in feminine embodiment, led sold out retreats and taught for years before taking a pause. But those are just numbers. My real training has come from real life, injuries, ageing, pregnancy and post-partum.

I teach in an informal way to help you feel at ease - all levels are welcome and you’re encouraged to come exactly as you are. Expect some smiles and giggles, and greater connection to your inner world…
