The Mama Circle

Becoming a mum is beautiful and rewarding. But let’s be real - it can be seriously tough.

You’re not just keeping little humans alive. You’re also navigating a whirlwind of sleepless nights, hormonal chaos, relationship changes and an identity that’s shifted in ways you never saw coming.

They say it takes a village to raise a child, but it also takes one to support the mama. And you do not have to do it alone. That’s where The Mama Circle comes in.

This isn’t your average mama-baby group.

The Mama Circle is a safe, welcoming space for mums to ditch the filter and share what’s real. We laugh, cry, and hold space for each - no judgment or unsolicited advice allowed.

Here, you can express what’s truly on your heart and mind, knowing you’ll be heard and understood by other women who get it.

Show up as you are - babies, messy hair and 3-day old clothes covered in spit-up and all!

“The space created is very rare and precious. The topics were exactly what I needed to talk about as a new (second time) mom and felt easy and comfortable to share with all the woman present. It was my first experience and I would redo it again and again!”

-Gabi

What We Talk About:

Everything! Seriously, nothing is off the table but there are universal things that many mums face, like:

  • Feeling overwhelm, anger and even rage as you navigate your new normal.

  • Missing the freedom of your old life and who you were before.

  • Navigating changing dynamics with your partner, family, or friends.

  • Changes in sexual desire and intimacy

  • Changes in your body and self-image post-partum

  • Loving the heck out of your little one(s) while wanting to book a one-way ticket out of there!

It’s easy to think you’re alone in these feelings, until you hear other mums share the exact same things. This is a space to show up exactly as you are and be supported.

Why join The Mama Circle?

The Mama Circle is a space to say the things you can’t to your partner, family or friends. A place to process your thoughts and harness your inner wisdom through intentional sharing.

“My baby was 12 days old when I joined The Mama Circle. Being able to share my experience with other moms from the very beginning has helped me to organise my thoughts about motherhood. Being able to express yourself and not get any judgment or advice is kind of a therapy. Also, hearing that other moms go through the same struggles helps me to know I’m not alone.”

-Natalia

Ready to Join the Circle? Here’s How It Works:

The Sessions: We meet for 4 weeks in a closed group so you can build real trust and connection. Mamas with babies and toddlers up to 5 years old are welcome, this is your first or fifth child. We have a group that meets in-person, and one that meets online. And yes, your baby is more than welcome to join you but we do ask that mums with toddlers meeting in-person bear in mind that the space isn’t child-proofed.

The Vibe: Think cosy chats with friends who truly get it. We follow the principles of women’s circles which means no advice, no fixing, just listening and supporting. And, what’s said in the circle, stays in the circle.

The Process: From your birth story to body image, intimacy, and navigating identity as a new mum, we cover it all.

I’m looking forward to welcoming you to the Circle!

Becoming a first-time mum has been a huge privilege and a challenge. Like many pregnant women, I devoured podcasts and books, yet none truly prepared me for what it actually felt like. The contradictions, the changes, the simultaneous fulfilment and loss.

These circles have been created from a desire to connect and share from an authentic place with people who ‘get it’. As a women’s circle facilitator, coach and yoga teacher, I know first-hand how powerful intentional spaces can be. I can’t wait to welcome you in as you navigate this epic journey of motherhood so you can feel fully supported.

Hey Lovely, I’m Nat.
