A nurturing community for new mums seeking authentic connection, support, and guidance through the journey of motherhood.

The Mama Circle

Welcome to

Becoming a mum is a life-changing experience. It’s beautiful, but let’s be real—it’s also tough.

You’ve made it through pregnancy and birth, and now, amidst the sleepless nights, endless nappy changes, and hormonal swings, you’re starting to realise that everything has shifted.

Your body. Your relationships. Maybe even your sense of self.

They say it takes a village to raise a child—but it also takes one to support the mama.

That’s where The Mama Circle comes in.

This isn’t your average mama-baby group.

The Mama Circle is a safe, welcoming space for new mums to share their real, unfiltered experiences—free from judgment and unsolicited advice.

Here, you can express what’s truly on your heart and mind, knowing you’ll be heard and supported by other women who get it.

What We Talk About:

Motherhood is full of universal moments that many mums face, like:

  • Googling everything from “Is this poop color normal?” to “How can I prevent SIDS?”

  • Missing those spontaneous coffee catch-ups with friends.

  • Doing things you swore you’d never do—just to get some peace (or sleep).

  • Navigating changing dynamics with your partner, family, or friends.

  • Looking in the mirror and seeing how pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding have transformed your body.

  • Falling in love with your little one, even as your world feels like it’s been turned upside down.

It’s easy to think you’re alone in these feelings—until you hear other mums share the exact same things.

Why join The Mama Circle?

The Mama Circle is a space to say the things you can’t to your partner, family or friends. A place to process your thoughts and harness your inner wisdom through intentional sharing.

“My first time in the mama circle was when my baby was 12 days old. Being able to share my experience with other moms from the very beginning has helped me to organise my thoughts about motherhood. Being able to express yourself and not get any judgment or advice is kind of a therapy. Also, hearing that other moms go more or less through the same struggles relieves mind is a feeling of “you are not alone” - Natalia

Ready to Join the Circle? Here’s How It Works:

The Sessions
The Mama Circle meets for 6 sessions in a closed group, allowing you to build deeper trust and connection. The group is designed for new mums (whether it’s your first or fifth!) with babies up to 12 months old. And yes, your baby is more than welcome to join you!

The Rule
We follow the principles of women’s circles and listening partnerships. That means no advice, no judgment—just authentic sharing. What’s said in the circle, stays in the circle.

The Process
Each session is guided by me and centers around key topics relevant to new motherhood—like your birth experience, intimacy post-birth, body image, and more. Every mum gets time to share, ensuring everyone is heard and supported.

Hey, I’m Nat.

Becoming a first-time mum has been a huge privilege and a challenge. Like many pregnant women, I devoured podcasts and books, yet none truly prepared me for what it actually felt like. The contradictions, the changes, the simultaneous fulfilment and loss.

These circles have been created from a desire to connect and share from an authentic place with people who ‘get it’. As a women’s circle facilitator, coach and yoga teacher, I know first-hand how powerful intentional spaces can be. I can’t wait to welcome you in as you navigate this epic journey of motherhood so you can feel fully supported.
